Typhoon Koppu grew stronger but was moving slower toward the northeastern Philippines late Saturday as the government urged local authorities to issue forced evacuations of residents in flood-prone areas.
Mongers who are now in Subic or Angeles can expect heavy rains, but nothing really dangerous. Manila will also be spared. It will probably take 3 days before it’s over and I guarantee you that this is something to avoid. Better stay in Pattaya for a few more days, if you can. If you are already in Angeles, just go to a bar to enjoy beer and the attention of the girls 🙂
